OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

As the Office Administrator & Receptionist you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our clients.  This is more than just a reception role — it’s an opportunity to be at the heart of the real estate industry, gain valuable administrative and customer service skills, and build a rewarding career in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with client care and communication
  • Assist with contracts, listings, and compliance requirements
  • Update the database and maintain accurate records
  • Be responsible for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Manage the day-to-day aesthetic of the front office/front window
  • Utilise internal systems to ensure the smooth running of the office
