OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
As the Office Administrator & Receptionist you’ll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with client care and communication
- Assist with contracts, listings, and compliance requirements
- Update the database and maintain accurate records
- Be responsible for social media and marketing campaigns
- Manage the day-to-day aesthetic of the front office/front window
- Utilise internal systems to ensure the smooth running of the office
